The timelessness of the monochrome look cannot be underestimated. This year the designers threw a fresh feel by showing us how to mix polka dot with stripes, sequins with sheer fabrics and how to invigorate the whole look by adding one of the top colours of the season; red!
My take on this concept, which I am very much in love with is to create a "work from home" or "dine in" look with stripy sequin skirt, polka dot organza blouse layered over cropped bra-top, lace white tights and warm/ comfy red slippers. I spiced it up with golden jewellery, statement bow hair clip and red lipstick.
